How To Manage Period Pain
It’s not surprising that periods are sometimes accompanied by pain. The discomfort can range from mild to debilitating, and it is often the result of hormone fluctuations or other changes in the reproductive system. There are a number of ways to treat period pain, so you don’t have to suffer through your monthly cycle any longer.
I think we’ve all had that moment when the cramps are so bad you can’t even stand up straight, and you’re clutching your stomach because it’s like someone is stabbing a knife into your lower back. And then there are those days where you feel fine, no cramping at all. But what if I told you that it’s possible to have fewer periods? What if I said that by doing just one tiny thing differently every day for three months – drinking more water – could lead to a whole month less of bleeding each year? That would be awesome!
It’s that time of the month again and you’re in for a rough ride. You might be feeling bloated, crampy, tired, emotional or any other number of awful things. The one thing that can make your period more tolerable? Masturbating! If you are too afraid to touch the vagina, you can use anal beads instead.
Masturbation is a great way to relax during your period because it releases oxytocin which decreases stress hormones like cortisol and balances out your moods. It also reduces menstrual cramps by increasing blood flow to the uterus and pelvic muscles – pretty awesome right?! Using sex toys for women are another fun way to manage pain during this time as they provide anal stimulation which relieves pressure on the uterus from contractions. But if all else fails, just use your fingers! Remember what I said about
